Deepavali ‘07
For Azmi’s birthday/ Deepavali we went to the newly opened Ramen Ten outlet at Century Square. The food was good as up to typical Ramen Ten standards, but the pseudo club/ high end restaurant look seemed more than a little out of place. Red walls, red chandeliers, in a place that used to be a Long John Silver’s. Although looking at the Ramen Ten website I guess their designers have a taste for the garish.
Century Square’s demonic overlords cast a spell on unsuspecting shoppers. To be fair, the pentagram, like many other symbols, is only as good or evil as its users make it out to be.

It happens that everytime we go to my place, a PS2 session is inevitable. It’s a little behind the times sure, but I really barely play it any more. I don’t have the patience to complete long ass missions really. I’m trying to finally get down to completing Metal Gear Solid 3 though, and then the machine’s probably going into cold storage (not the supermarket).
